Like the Legacy line, Louisiana Grills Founders Premiere 800 features the company’s innovative Pressurized Cooking System and rear exhaust output. The systems work together to deliver even heat and smoke circulation.
The Premiere 800 also shares the Legacy’s heavy-duty feed auger, a heating system that allows the pellet grill to reach high temperatures, and a touchpad control that connects with the SMOKE IT™ app using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Additional features include:

The Premiere 800 boasts more than 800 square inches of cooking space along with many of the high-end features found in the Legacy series. All it takes is the pull of a lever, and users can seamlessly switch from smoking and indirect cooking to direct heat grilling and searing.
In addition to this unique feature, this pellet grill also has a pellet hopper with a viewing window, the ability to reach temperatures of 180 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, and open flame searing up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
