5-Day Priority Breakdown Service

All active Privilege Program members will receive priority service for the term of the program, and receive service within 5 business days of a breakdown.

2 Years of Replacement Parts Coverage

Should you ever have a problem with your hearth product while a member of this program, we will repair or replace any part failure within the Program terms, Best Fire will repair or replace the part(s) at no charge to the Program member, Parts & Labor included.

1 Full Service Tune-Up

A Best Fire technician will perform a complete periodic maintenance service on your hearth product. No need to call, We will automatically call and schedule an appointment with you to occur at about 24 months after the Privilege Program Activation Date, during the months of April thru August.

Coverage Does Not Include the Following

Replacement of Batteries, Lighting Pilot Burners, Regular Glass Cleaning, Damage due to Neglect, Improper Installation, Accident, Nature and/or Fire.

Terms & Conditions

All Priority service will be performed during normal business hours. Weekend service not available. Program coverage for the original installation, is transferable to a new homeowner. Full Service Tune-Up will not be performed during the months of October thru December. Replacement of entire appliance is not included. Privilege Program Non-Refundable, No Cancellations.
