Service Technician – Troy

Work for the best! Best Fire Hearth & Patio has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician. In this role you will repair gas, pellet, and wood burning appliances such as gas fireplaces, wood & pellet stoves, gas inserts, and more. The successful candidate will identify the root cause of the issue and use problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve the problem. Perform cleaning and tuning as part of our clients’ routine maintenance of our products. Since you will be representing Best Fire Hearth & Patio in our clients’ homes, you must perform your work in a professional, courteous manner while educating the client on the product.
