The Privilege Service Program from Best Fire includes a multitude of services designed to keep your gas fireplace running like new.

Signing up for our program will give you a variety of benefits, including:

  • Priority Breakdown Service — All active Privilege Service Program members will receive priority service for the term of the program and receive service within five (5) business days of a breakdown.
  • Replacement Parts Coverage — A Best Fire technician will repair or replace any failing part that is included within the Program terms at no charge to you.
  • One Full-Service Tune-Up — A Best Fire technician will automatically perform a complete tune-up on your gas fireplace 24 months after activation date.
