Eligibility
- Gas-burning appliances only
- Appliance must have been purchased at Best Fire and installed by Best Fire
- Must be within our service area, which is within a 30 mile radius of Best Fire’s Troy warehouse
- For locations outside of our service area, contact Best Fire for pricing
- For appliances aged 10-15 years old on the Platinum Plan, price increases to $559 + tax
- Appliances aged 15+ years are eligible for only the Gold or Silver plan
- Clean & tune will be performed during the months of April – August
- Prices subject to change
- Best Fire reserves the right to cancel any service agreement for a full refund at any time
Terms & Conditions
Priority Breakdown Service will be performed during normal business hours. Weekend service not available. Program coverage for the original installation is transferable to a new homeowner. Full Service Tune-Up will not be performed during the months of September through March. Replacement of entire appliance is not included. The FireGuard Service Program is non-refundable and no cancellations are accepted.
