he Weber® Summit® S-670™ gas grill takes normal grilling up several notches with Weber’s innovative Sear Station™ technology. The Sear Station™ is a dedicated area in the middle of the grill which reaches temperatures of 800 to 900 degrees: The extra center burner, when fired up in tandem with the flanking burners on “high” gives food restaurant-quality sear marks and caramelized flavor. However, unlike other grills that sear, the center burner can be turned off, transforming the Sear Station™ to a standard zone for normal direct or indirect grilling—without losing an inch of precious grilling space. Another great feature is the Tuck-Away™ Rotisserie System, which comes with a hidden, heavy-duty electric motor that’s easily flipped up from the grill’s left-hand side table. The motor can be stored back inside the side table when not in use to give grillers more working space. Beautifully encased in sleek, professional grade stainless steel, the Weber® Summit® S-670™ grill has six stainless steel burners, a flush-mounted side burner, a dedicated smoker burner, and an infrared rear-mounted rotisserie burner.
