If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms and/or has tested positive, please contact us by phone to help keep our customers and employees safe.

2) Video Call

We are available through video using FaceTime and Google Duo on mobile devices.

Through these video calls, we can virtually present in-store products and discuss your project and service needs. Call our showroom at (518) 869-9600 to schedule a video call with us.


No-Contact Delivery

We are also offering no-contact delivery to backyards or driveways for all orders.

We have suspended all in-home visits for installation, service, or planning in response to the state-wide ban on non-essential construction. We hope this suspension does not last more than a few weeks but will await official word before making further changes to non-essential visits.

Staying Safe In-Store & Beyond

We are committed to doing our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 by following the CDC’s guidelines above and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Our employees are monitored for symptoms each day and are asked to stay home if they feel sick.

To enforce the 6-foot physical distancing rule, the amount of on-site staff has been minimized and the number of clients that can be in our showrooms at one time has been reduced.

We have also implemented frequent sanitization and disinfecting of all surfaces inside of our properties.

And we temporarily adjusted our hours of operation due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in order to keep our customers, employees, and community safe.
