Best Fire, Inc. On-Line Purchasing & Shipping Policies

On-Line Purchasing Policy: 
At this current time, Best Fire, Inc. does not allow for the ordering and purchasing of merchandise via this on-line website.  For all iquiries or to purchase product you must either visit or call one of our locations.
 
Shipping Policy: 
Not all item offered for sale by Best Fire, Inc. can be shipped to you via third party shippers.  Direct "drop-shipping" of products directly from Best Fire's suppliers is not allowed.  In order to minimize the possibility of damage and other issues, Best Fire must first receive and inspect all merchandise before shipping it to the purchaser. 
 
If you are requesting third party shipment of merchandise, shipping charges will be added and due.  You will be quoted an estimate for shipping charges upon ordering your product and shipping.  Payment must be made in full, for both the merchandise and shipping charges before Best Fire will ship a product to you.
 
If you have received a product that was shipped to you via a third party shipper, and it arrived to you damaged, you must report all damage claims to Best Fire, Inc. within 24 hours of receiving your product.  All claims of shipping damage after 24 hours of receiving will not be accepted.  All claims of shipping damage must be made by calling Best Fire directly.
